  • Color Management has reserved a special block of rooms for conference attendees at a discounted rate of U.S. $139 single/double plus current state and local taxes.
  • Please use program code COLOR when making reservations to receive this discounted rate.
  • Make your reservations by Friday, November 3, 2012, to secure this rate. After this date, the hotel will accept reservations on a space-and-rate-available basis.
  • You may cancel the reservation five (5) days prior to arrival without penalty.

Staying at the official conference hotel helps offset costs, which in turn keeps the costs associated with the conference low. Thank you for your support by staying in the conference hotel.

Attire

The average temperature in Scottsdale in December is 66 degrees. The meeting rooms are air conditioned and the evenings are cool, so please pack a lightweight jacket. Attire for the conference is business casual.

Airport

The Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport is located approximately 8.5 miles from the hotel. SuperShuttle service is available 24 hours a day on a scheduled basis, with vans departing every 15 minutes from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. To more information or to make a reservation, please call (602) 244-9000.

Hotel Parking

While renting a car is not necessary, should you need to, parking is $32 per day which includes in and out privileges.

Included in Your Registration

Your registration fee covers all sessions, lunches, and breaks Sunday through Tuesday, the vendor reception Monday evening, and continental breakfast Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday. The Saturday Backyard BBQ Cookout is included with the Saturday pre-conference sessions. The individual registration fee for that dinner is an additional $125 for those not attending the pre-conference sessions. Tickets will be required to attend the event.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be received in writing on or before Friday, November 3, 2012, and will be assessed a $75 processing fee. Cancellation requests after Friday, November 3, 2012, cannot be granted, but substitutions are welcome. No-shows will not be refunded. Printing Industries of America is not responsible for refunds as a result of weather delays or disturbances in the travel industry.

Included in Your Registration

Your registration fee covers all sessions, posted meal functions, refreshment breaks, and conference materials. Spouse/companions are welcome to attend any or all events associated with the conference—registration fees apply.

Computer Labs

The Computer Labs are one of the most popular sessions of the program. Due to limited seating, attendance is on a first-come, first-served basis. To reserve your spot, please go to http://www.cvent.com/d/tcq2vj. You will receive your final lab assignments at the conference.
